- Users can't ask for a refund after the renewal of the full subscription for the second duration;

Evidence Submission. Users must submit the following evidence to support their refund request:- Training Logs: A record of workouts completed, including dates, types of exercises, and durations.
- Progress Photos: Before and after photos taken at the start of the training plan and at the end of the 30-day period. Photos should be taken under similar conditions (lighting, clothing, etc.) for accurate comparison.
